  This sears does have a decent selection of items but the worst customer service of any store ive ever been too. Robin in the mens clothing department is the rudest woman ive ever had the displeasure of meeting and she actually called me an idiot when i mentioned their sign was mismarked. I honestly dont know how this store is even still in business as theres never any customers in it. Lots of merch seems opened and repackaged which is odd. Racks are overstocked and spilling on the floor and employees dont appear to mind. Prices are consistently mismarked or on the wrong rack and they will tell you its because customers change them. Service is hard to find and at times it feels like employees avoid contact or duck out all together when approached and it guaranteed will take 20 minutes minimum to checkout. Overall, a frustrating experience and I will avoid this Sears in the future. If you choose to shop here, i hope you have alot of patience.
