  I have never, ever written a negative review before, but this place gets absolutely no stars from me! I drove all the way to Redmond from South Seattle, because I wanted to get a cowboy hat for my husband for Christmas. I was willing to pay a lot for a Stetson hat and was told they had a wide selection. I didn't know his hat size, but brought a cap he often wears with me. The first staff person I spoke to was unable to speak any English, and seemed irritated that she had to summon another clerk to help me. That person said he had no way to measure the cap size, and when I asked if I could exchange the hat if it was the wrong size, said that was not possible, because of the smell! They both seemed entirely uninterested in helping me in any way, and I walked out. I have never been treated so rudely and indifferently, even when I lived in New York City. What a wretched experience.

  Amazing treasure in downtown Redmond,WA across from ice cream Molly Moon; this Western Wear has customized Western Boots to Carthartts brands galore; Has been in this store location since 1970's old school Redmond DOWNTOWN! Amazing building with figurines on the roof top edges; the store is one's dream come true old school western wear outfits; it's a must visit hidden jewel. Given student part time workers go back to school and/or whomever is hired for the floor; I have to say that goes with the hiring of whomever applies to work at the store; this is a small business owned Western Wear store where the owners are too nice to be picky at hiring; the owner could do better job of whom they hire part time but cannot be helped; I cannot say for the part time help they're constantly hiring and rehiring between students to part time help; but the owners have the time of the day to have neighborhood conversation with you as a customer. The give and take on experience depends a lot I believe on which part time help is working,sadly. But to get your once in a lifetime Western Cowboy BOOTS ordered; getting your Carthartts ORIGINAL Brand that will last a while with care; this place represents Redmond DOwntown with CLASS! Amazing Western Wear Store!
